Kelly Reilly, born 18 July 1977 in the United Kingdom, is an actress. The performance of Reilly on stage in After Miss Julie at the Donmar Warehouse made her an instant star on the London stage and earned her an award nomination in the Laurence Olivier Theatre Award for Best Actress of 2003. The youngest actress ever to be nominated, Reilly is 26. She also won the Best Newcomer Award at the Cannes Film Festival for her performance in the film Wendy on The Russian Dolls (Les Poupees Russes). Her most well-known role is her role as Alison Parker, on Melrose Place Georgia Thomas, on Ally McBeal and Cheryl Mabel as According to Jim. Her family was from Menlo Park, a suburban south of San Francisco. Walter Smith worked as a computer researcher, and Lora Smith served as her mother. Courtney Smith grew up in the home of both her parents, at different time periods. Her older sister is Jennifer who is a marketing executive. She was a student at Menlo-Atherton High school in Atherton California and completed her studies at Tamalpais High School in Mill Valley California in the year 1985. Additionally, she performed in the Ensemble Theater Company Mill Valley in her senior years.
